Business Process Audit
By examining an area
in depth and drawing on our experience, we make specific recommendations to improve
the effectiveness of targeted business processes. The duration of a BPA depends
on the business processes being audited and their complexity.
Business Process Design
Following on from the BPA the design service is an iterative process where we work
with the client to model the desired processes. Using graphical modeling tools from
Metastorm, we can create and
modify process models in real-time. This is a very
effective way of working and even complex models can be generated, reviewed and
agreed in aggressive timescales. As with the BPA, the cost of this phase depends
on the complexity of the work.
Business Case
Any serious business investment must be carefully cost justified to ensure
there is a strong enough business case to proceed. To develop a realistic business
case requires :

Software
Development
We develop software using Metastorm BPM tools to Optimize Business Performance in
targeted areas of an organization. We use proven, innovative tools and use best
practice methodology as defined by our quality procedures. Our goal is to produce
software that is 100% bug free 100% of the time and we constantly measure our performance against these standards. Before we start any project, we agree a Development and
Implementation Plan (DIP) that specifies the exact design, deliverables and timescale
for completion of the project. Full Change Control is used to ensure that any variations
from the original DIP are accounted for and any adjustments to cost or timescale
are agreed. Our software development and support processes are fully ISO 9001 compliant
and conform to current accepted best practice standards.
Support
Our support service is designed to ensure that any issue is resolved as
soon as possible in the most efficient way. We provide our clients with a consistently
high level of support for any issues they may have connected with the software we
deliver. Using an automated Help Desk, we are able to track all incoming calls by
whatever medium. We then agree the priority with the client and it is resolved within
the terms of our Service Level Agreement (SLA). As well as being able to contact
us by telephone, clients can also access a dedicated ‘self service’ portal on our
website. Here they can search for information on commonly asked questions, access
a knowledgebase or interact with our support team in real-time.

Training
The ability to easily assimilate a new process or use new software is critical to
success. Effective knowledge transfer is vital. This is what our training services
are designed to achieve. We treat a client as a unique entity so our training programmes
are customised to their needs. Using proven role based training techniques, we focus
