This is a very simple Expenses Claim procedure which can be published and used immediately or used as the basis for a more complex procedure. Claims are submitted and are subject to two stages of approval. Mileage allowance is calculated automatically. VAT is calculated automatically.

Enhancements will include a variable mileage rate according to the user's car type; also keeping a record of the user's total mileage for the year with the amount per mile adjusted accordingly.
